Praia Mole is a 960-meter trendy beach in east Florianopolis set between Atlantic Forest hills. A youth hotspot with surf waves, stylish beach bars, and a trail to nudist Galheta Beach. One of the island liveliest beaches in summer. Hilltop parking with stairway access.
Joaquina is Florianopolis most famous 3 km surf beach with waves up to 3 meters. Host to international championships, its iconic dunes offer sandboarding. Located on the east coast with bars, restaurants, and board rentals. Best waves come with south and southeast swells.
Barra da Lagoa is a fishing village with 2.5 km of beach on east Florianopolis. It offers surf waves on the north end, a crystal-clear channel for swimming, and authentic seafood restaurants. The Prainha trail is a must-do. One of the most well-rounded beach experiences on the island.
Campeche is the busiest stretch with infrastructure and Ilha do Campeche views.
